We process many types of materials (turning steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum and its alloys, etc.) which are used in various industries including medical, motorcycle, automotive, gas and more.

We build simple pins with a diameter of 2 mm up to the most complex pump shafts, also guaranteeing 100% checks thanks to our two machines. Within our production area we can assemble and supply complete pieces of o-rings.

We offer final treatments to achieve the result desired by the customer: finishing processes such as chrome plating treatments, various galvanizing, dacromet - delta protect kl-100 or heat treatments such as gas nitriding, quenching or reclamation, we also supply screws complete with various types of scotch grip , made by trusted suppliers after having tested their skills and reliability.

CONTROL AND QUALITY

Our quality department is equipped with advanced tools for measurement and control that are able to satisfy the most demanding customer requests. These are the tools available:
Optical machine, profilometer, optical projector, roughness tester, durometer, various digital comparators, digital bore gauges, digital gauges and micrometers, threaded and smooth rings / pads.

WASHING

For the degreasing of our pieces we use a KP 150 ESY AUTOMATIC metal washer which, thanks to the countless possibilities (static washing, tilting, ultrasound, immersion), allows us to wash and dry the pieces without compromising their aesthetics and usage. At the customer's request, the pieces can be supplied complete with protection.

We use degreasing products that minimize the environmental impact, we recover the oils to use them until they are completely exhausted and then we entrust them for disposal to companies in the supply chain authorized by the Ministry of the Environment.

LOGISTICS

The large vertical warehouse is managed by an efficient software for the optimization of picking in order to quickly satisfy the requests of our customers.
For all products, handling and packaging methods are defined and respected, in order to guarantee their integrity and traceability.
Competence and professionalism of NO.GI.SA, are also reflected in a widespread and efficient logistics network, which allows the customer to be reached in the shortest time possible.
Also for some customers we offer the product all year round or the kanban service.
